We recommend using your whitening trays at night, as the gel needs a minimum of 4-6 hours to take effect.
Assemble your kit – Unscrew the safety cap and replace it with the syringe tip. The syringes are pre-loaded with gel.
Apply the gel – Place a small amount (about half a grain of rice) of gel on the front-facing teeth of each tray. Using more will not speed up the process.
Prepare your teeth – Ensure your teeth are dry by gently drawing saliva from your mouth.
Insert the trays – Place the tray in your mouth and apply gentle pressure for a secure fit. If any gel overspills, wipe off the excess. While the gel is vegan-friendly and safe, avoid swallowing actively.
After 4-6 hours – Remove the trays and clean them with cold water. For a deeper clean, use the Zima Dental Pod.

In-Person Appointment
Your Starter Kit includes an appointment with a dentist. At your visit, you’ll discuss your goals, ask questions, and have a 3D scan taken to create your custom trays – ensuring a safe, comfortable fit.
Whitening Kit
You’ll leave with your whitening kit, which includes professional gel, a storage case, and clear instructions.
Tray Delivery
Your custom trays will arrive at your door within one week, free of charge.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 30 days unless your appointment and scan have taken place. If unsuitable for whitening, you’ll receive a refund minus a £95 consultation fee.
