1. Replace the syringe cap with the tip—gel is pre-loaded.
2. Apply a small amount (half a grain of rice) to each front tooth tray.
3. Dry your teeth.
4. Insert trays and press gently; wipe away any excess gel.
5. After 4-6 hours, remove and rinse trays with cold water or clean with the Zima Delta Pod.
