1. In-Person Consultation: Your journey begins with a personalized in-clinic consultation at one of our Central London clinics with one of our expert dental professionals. During this visit, you'll provide us with your essential details, including your home address.
2. Whitening Kit: Following your consultation, you'll leave our clinic equipped with your comprehensive whitening kit. This kit jumpstarts your whitening journey and prepares you for stunning results.
3. Personalized Tray Delivery: Within the week following your consultation, your personalized whitening trays will be conveniently delivered to your doorstep—completely free of charge. These trays are custom-crafted for your comfort and optimal whitening experience, with no extra fees.
4. Refund Policy: While we strive for your utmost satisfaction, we understand circumstances may arise. You're eligible to apply for a refund within 30 days of purchase. However, once you've undergone a consultation with one of our dentists, refunds are not possible, even within the 30-day window.
